New wide and thin designs

Pleased to report we added a whole swag of new thin, 10mm designs.  These have proven very popular with our journal and planner customers.

We've also more than doubled the number of wide designs we offer by the half metre.  We've had great success with these, so decided to offer a much greater choice of designs and widths.  Our wide designs now range from 20mm to 40mm wide and are only $1 for a half metre, wrapped around a gift tag.

Glitter washi is here!!

We've seen glitter washi tape popping up in a few places and wondered what it would be like.  Couldn't imagine how it would be.  Well, we decided to get some in to give it a test run and can I just say, it's lovely stuff.  Feels great, looks great and well.... is just the most gorgeous, glittery sticky stuff we have every seen.

We are able to source it from our usual washi tape supplier and the 10 colours we have in our range are all very beautiful.  Feast your eyes.

Biggest order yet

Wow...nearly 2 months since I last posted here.  Time has just flown.  We received our biggest order of new washi tape designs in early December and I've spent weeks taking pictures, getting them all listed on ebay and then sorting out somewhere to store them while they wait for their new homes.

Here's a pic of what arrived.

There were just over 120 new designs.  Check them all out in our ebay store.  We now have well over 300 different washi tape designs

Getting ready for the Christmas rush

Expecting to be very busy over the next few weeks, so ordered in a top up supply of postcards.

We use these when we send out our washi tape and also our origami paper.

2000 arrived yesterday morning and I'm looking forward to working my way through these.

Washi Tape by the Metre

Exciting news!!

We're now selling Washi Tape by the metre through our ebay store.

Choose from any of our over 200 designs and we can send you any metre length of any design you like.

We'll wrap your selections around a shipping tag for ease of posting and the tape is easily unwound, without any wastage.

At $1 a metre, it's great value and you won't have to buy metres of tape you don't need or want.

Busy busy busy.....

Have been really busy with work and Chiyogami Designs, so haven't updated this blog for quite a while.

We've had some new washi tapes arrive - will feature some of my favourites here.

We've also been very busy crafting lots of washi tape Christmas gift tags and sending them out all over Australia.  The feedback has been wonderful.

We have a really great range of Christmas themed washi tapes in store.  Perfect for tags, cards or any crafty Christmas project.

I'm loving my embosser

Have had a wonderful weekend crafting with my cousin and have discovered the joys of embossing.  Here's some pics of my achievments.

These tags are now listed in our ebay store.  6 for $3 including post.  Find them here if you'd like to take a closer look.  We plan to add a few more to our range.

Simple, yet stunning.  Perfect for Christmas or any occassion.  Dress them up with coloured bakers twine, ribbon or string.

Getting ready for a crafty weekend

Have spent a little time this weekend getting ready for what I hope is a few crafty hours with my cousin this long weekend coming.

I've been applying some of my washi tape collection to white card stock.  I'm hoping to run each piece through an embossing machine to add a little texture and then thought I might die cut or punch some shapes to use on gift tags.

Will blog again with the results.  Hope it's a success!

Pics following of the washi'd card stock.

Gift tags anyone???

It's been a while since my last post, but I'm very happy to report that I have actually found the time to do a little crafting myself.  I've been mucking about with my washi tape sample box and some kraft gift tags I purchased a while ago.

I've made some Christmas themed tags, plus some others, and have had lots of fun.  Hardest part was trying to decide which tape would go best with another.  Pics attached...what's your favourite?

Look what I found.............

I know I've already posted to my blog today, but just had to share this great find.

Crazy Clark's has closed down in Albany Creek, but has been replaced by a Bargain Central.  We paid the new store a visit this afternoon, and I couldn't believe all the yummy, crafty stuff they had.

Grabbed this great storage box, thinking I could store and display my WASHI TAPE samples.  It's just perfect.  And a bargain at $5.99.
